Default So long and thanks

Well guys, my car sold and now I’m out of the old Ford hobby. I’ve gone back to my first love, old corvettes. I’ve asked a lot of questions on this forum and received a lot of help and I want to thank everyone for your time in responding to my questions. Now I’m going to start bugging the guys on the corvette forum. Thanks again.

Your '35 Ford was one of the nicest looking coupes I've seen to date.
Hope the new owner takes care of it, and has fun with it.

I've wrapped my ass in fiberglass, too, as I've owned over a dozen older Corvettes.
They are the first American made sports cars, and are really a blast to drive,
especially the 435 hp 427, which would scare the bejezzus out of you, and the
passenger better keep his hands clenched around the built-in grab bar.
More power than most people have ever experienced... Fun Fun Fun

Just like here at the FordBarn, there are lots of good people with advice
and most are willing to help with any problems that may arise. Have Fun.

The important thing is to have fun, no matter what you drive. We like "plastic" cars too, ours is a '63 Studebaker Avanti. Vic

Yes it is a nice coupe, and I thought it would bring more than it did, but the economy did me in I guess. Only ebayers will know what I'm saying, but the last few days of the auction, I had over 200 people that had me on their watch list. One guy wanted me to end the auction early and offered a bit more than what the car ended up selling for. But with that many watchers, I thought I would get more then just 2 bids the last few seconds. Oh well, I got more then my reserve so I'm happy.

I think you have a fever? Are you sure you can't check in now and then... There are tons of Vettes but not 35 Ford Coupes. You'll come to your senses!!! Ken
