Can you tell us
1. The voltage at the battery. 2. The voltage at the IGN terminal on the relay (by the fuse) with the ignition switch on. 3. The voltage at the SOL terminal with the relay activated by grounding the TH SW terminal. If you are losing even a few tenths here, there are steps to improve the relay. Ken
