Vacuum Advance Fitting

I'm looking for the vacuum advance brass fitting and copper tube for the distributor diaphragm. This is for a 292 Y-block distributor. Threads are 3/8-24. It looks like a brake line but smaller. I know I don't have a flair tool small enough to do it myself so hopefully someone knows of one with the line attached. The other end of the tube attaches to a rubber flex tube. If anyone has one sitting somewhere, I'd be grateful if you could dig it out. If not, can someone suggest where I might find one (Summit?).
