These days I keep seeing old Argentina repop crap being presented as NOS by people who didn't experience it the first time. I wasn't around in the 70s, but I remember the mid 80s and on, and all the V8ers who were replacing the Argentina parts on their restorations when decent parts came available.

I'm most inclined to believe Kube and 35fordTN with 99.999% certainty. You came here to ask and the folks delivered solid information. However, if you want to believe they are original Ford bumpers go for it. Are you just looking for someone to validate your thoughts? I'll go.... they are original Ford bumpers. Problem solved.
