My first thought when I saw your comment was that someone was using the BAT method and skipping their fees for selling your car.
Then I scrolled down and saw - just another typical BAT ad with enough "reportedly from - per the seller" language to cover the seller if you buy a POS. This one looks typical for a flipper. Hauled out of long term storage and had the minimum work to make it run. For me I'd expect more paperwork if it was in one family for 101 years.

Thumbs up This is how you sell a Ford …

Cold start video at 35 degrees F.
Two driving videos showing reverse
and forward momentum.
One walk around video.
Very nice patina.
A running and driving car.

If it's a 1924, why does it have a '26 -'27 cowl?

90% plus of Model T’s and Model A’s
that run and drive are not completely
period correct, that is how they survived.

Has a Clymer "Pistol grip." through windshield spot light.

Gas tank is under seat. The door in the center top of the cowl appears to be a vent.

Is it normal for the gas tank to be under the seat?
