and what's good about your link is that one of the items on ebay also shows an entire dash cluster for sale too, with, more importantly, a picture of the back side of the the entire cluster and, even more importantly, that the individual gauges, like the temp, amp, oil pressure and fuel gauges are each secured to the rest of the cluster by a couple of small flat bladed screwdriver screws that are easily accessible from the back! so changing out a gauge does not, as i had previously assumed, involve removing the entire cluster from the dashboard! so maybe there's still a chance that just replacing the gauge will fix the problem. something i had not wished to attempt. ...you've given me hope again. ha thanks a lot! ![]() Last edited by hueyhoolihan; 07-16-2025 at 01:32 PM. |
