Thanks Kube, your description validates what’s in the ‘41-48 restoration guidelines about the shape, and adds more detail about the material. My wife and I are shopping for pale green canvas, and have found some off-white duck cloth that I might be able to dye. I also have a couple old army surplus duffle bags that I use for storing car covers; may cut one up.

Does anybody know about the burlap bag? Does the jack go into the burlap bag, and then into the larger bag? Thanks
