Bruce, Both the concourse correct jack and the (especially) the correct pouch are super rare. The pouch was made of a light canvas, no doubt scraps from a dissimilar operation at Ford.
The pouch had "slots" sewn into accommodate the jack, the handle and the base. There were two opposing "drawstrings" integral of the sack that when it was rolled up, would tie the sack in a closed position.
The one I had, removed from an extremely low mileage and unaltered car was light green in color. Think of an old army tent that had faded...
