Judging Standards is where you want to go. There are specific "markings" and other details which will indicate if you have the "correct" jack.
Mine, for my March 29 truck would be similar if it's not the flip-top, - but buying what appeared to be THE JACK at the Epping Antique Auto Flea Market ($4) I brought it home to examine it against the standards - and found it to be just "a jack." By the correct manufacturer certainly, but aimed at another model of car. Functionally, it's a jack. And fits the spot where it rides behind the driver's seat. And for me (I'll never be judged) it will do. Joe K
