After a couple months of winter weather, a break was welcome.
A great excuse to exercise the 1937 Ford. |

Hi Tony, I'm dying to drive my V8's. The weather is nice but I live in a rural area and the frost is coming out of the ground. Roads are precarious. However, by Saturday I'm driving one or checking myself into rehab. Driving would be cheaper.
Have fun! |

Went out in the garage and started the 46, also the 48. Roads here are wet and salt covered. We are blessed with a record crop of "potholes" even by Pennsylvania standards.

Not a V8 but I did drive my 1955 Anglia to a doctor's appointment today. It was nice and sunny so why not?

I won’t be driving an old Ford anytime soon…..we’ve had more snow this year than the last ten I think…..when it does warm up, I got a half mile of muddy road before I get to the wet salty tar road…..Oh well….Spring will come, it always does……Mark

I don’t think spring will be here until mid April, I’ve got 4 inches of ice in my driveway and the roads are white with salt. Even though it will be above freezing today more snow is forecasted later in the week.

Yep, I am thinking mid April, too. After 2 mild winters (never had to use my snow blower once) we are back to normal w/a real NY winter here. I keep busy in my shop working on a '56.

I am waiting for the winter weather to be over so I can finish up the work on my 39 truck and get it on the road. Next month it will be 3 years since I started this project. So I did not actually drive it but I did sit in it and imagine how it will be

I got both the ‘37 and Mach 1 out today. I also installed the wiper motor on the ‘37 convertible sedan which is nearing its date at the upholstery shop. I even changed the oil in my 2023 pickup. I love the spring like weather….finally.

Broke out the deuce pickup yesterday, first time since Christmas. Put on a couple 100 in 2 days. I'll drive it every day, everywhere until the salt trucks make another pass.
