Here is a California Dairy Council AA Truck. I think that it is a late 1931 Budd cab, long wheel base truck.

I noticed the steering wheel on your photos looks different from the stock Model A wheel. Is it to allow for easier reach for the driver or has it been switched for another wheel? Just curious...

The steering wheel came out in late 1931 for the standrive.
There is also one on the MAFFI bus. I think the part is AA-3600.
