How well do they work in a bias ply innertube < the tubeless tires have an inner liner that acts as an inner tube but most likely a better material than our tubes of today, anyone have any experience with them in inner tubes ?

Inside inner tubes is a great way to keep them together from making a mess. The look on my mechanic's face when he broke the bead on a truck tire and the beads spilled was enough to drop tail and run.
