I purchase one of these drivers a while back from Third Gen. Here are the dimensions of the driver as well as the bushing. Maybe you can find a driver local that would work. Hope this helps.

Found this 7/8" driver on this site for $12.00. Might call them and see what the outside diameter of the driver measures.
