On my '28 Briggs the visor was screwed into the wood underneath the visor. It was completely removable so it could be covered with the top material. Evidently someone made a repair that was not factory.

Hi Terry, mine is a 60C blind back, steel back. It was parked in 1963 and other than dry-rotted wood it was complete and original. My biggest problem with the wood is the long rails in the floor. One is only half there and the other is in rough shape. I sure would like to find a pattern.
