A friend of mine has had this car for a number of years, he left it in New York when he moved to Florida and finally had it delivered last week. A lot of work had been done to the car, but it has been sitting for some time. I think we'll have fun bringing it back to life.

Thanks for sharing Vic! Looks like a nice ride! I hope we get a chance to hook up this winter while we're in Florida. Miss seeing and "breaking bread" with the Cigar City Flatheads gang!

f you are going to be in or around the Tampa Bay area this weekend, it's the 2023 Cigar City Flatheads Winterfest, from March 3rd to the 5th. three days of Flathead fun in the Florida sun. More info is available on my pages and others on FaceBook.

A belated Happy New Year to all. I haven't been here in a while, so I just dropped in to see what condition my condition was in... Apologies to Kenny Rogers and the first Addition. A friend of mine has a '40 Mercury Convertible and he needs a set of horns or at least good internal parts to repair the ones he has. As always, any help is appreciated. Thought I should check the front bearing in the generator of our 38 coupe, had;nt checked for 10.000 miles; took it off and took it apart; still had some grease in it. cleaned it up and re-packed it; started putting back together; dropped the key behind the work bench. never to be seen again.found a junk generator; had to heat to get the key out. was cleaning it up; dropped it . it went under the bench, was able to retreive it with a yard stick, finally got it back together; all is well. Ain't these old Fords fun? Bought it in 1964 for $300.00. had 64.000 miles now has 115.000. we take it to shows reguilary. touring class at the National Meets
