Won't help, 21" and 19" wheels both have the same OD.

And if they did not, the difference in the overall diameters would cause the side gears to continually rotate to compensate if that were the case. Like continually turning a corner, needless to say this would cause premature failure of these gears and the spider they revolve on.

It could be the square bolt at the top of the springs is not seated in the crossmember slot. To check this, loosen the nuts on the u-bolts holding the spring set. Grab hold of the bumper on the low side and lift the car in a rocking motion. You will hear and see if the square bolt seats in its spot on the crossmember.
