1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
Here are some photos of a original wooden floorboard an its original metal parts. My photos show the original flat head screw with beveled washer, material stapled to the edge, the pedal bumper plate, and the pedal trim plate. Bill Monzo

Re: 1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
Is it that you are going to reproduce this Floorboard assembly as a kit?

Re: 1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
I got the 353109 hardware from Restoration Supply. I question the use of 95522 capped stud for 33-34 rubber mats. My book shows the 353156-S15 for 33-38 floor mat retainers.

Re: 1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
If anybody is interested, within the next month or two I will be making correct wooden floorboards for early Fords on my 3 axis CNC Router. I’m going to start with the mid 30s pickups, followed by the early V8 Fords. I had several sheets of really nice plywood and only planned to do pickups but have been asked if I would do other years and models. If anybody is interested in one, feel free to PM me.

IronFord and Bored&Stroked…
I’ve got the early ‘35+ pickups and ‘32 pass. car floorboards drawn and ready to make some but having trouble finding the necessary info on 33-34 cars. I have not been able to locate an original or factory blueprints so until I can get one or the other, I’m kinda stuck. |

Re: 1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
Have you tried the Benson Ford Research Center for the '33-'34 V8 floorboard engineering drawing?
To avoid confusion, may I suggest that you mention which of the four different sets of '32 passenger car/sedan delivery boards that you are going to reproduce. |

Re: 1933 1934 Ford Floorboard
Yes, I spent hours trying to find something thru Benson. I do have a ‘34 3 window body but the floors had been altered at some point in its life so using it for specs or even final fit isn’t an option. I would like to make floors for any models that are needed but require accurate information to even start. It seems nobody is making floorboards most the Early V8 Fords.
