36 ford carb
Can I use a 39-41 ford model 91-99 carb on my 36 engine?

You can but why? If you have a 97 use it!

Re: 36 ford carb
I may be wrong but I believe the 35 and 36 came with a Stromberg 48

Re: 36 ford carb
Early 36's (likke mine) came with the Stromberg 48 and soon afterwards the 97 was used. Even if you have the 48, I would stay with it. It is as good as the 97. terry

The 91-99 is better than either and not sensitive to air cleaner restrictions |
