good point Chris, but your state is relatively easy.
not so with all states. People in OH and Nebraska have a far more difficult time. Understand titling is NOT universal in each state. so yes, many states are hard and difficult. Ive been titling people for over 15 yrs. Most I can process, but some I just cant. Depends on the state. |
