Looking for a wire mesh screen for my Holley 2100. Running a speedway air scoop, I have tried the Holley 94 screen I found online but it’s too big and won’t fit. Could someone direct me to a company that sales a screen that fits on top of the carb. Not wanting a paper filter.

Can you use regular door screen (aluminum) bent over the top and slide the scoop over it?

I’m not sure I understand what you’re looking for, but maybe a “flame arrester” type? Most commonly found on boats, since most waterways don’t have a lot of dust. Designed to prevent a backfire from igniting fumes, while not taking up a lot of vertical space.

I would also recommend spraying a few squirts of "filtercote" on top of the fiberglas. It will help to catch the smallest dirt particles. |
