Is the power house generator adjustable like the regulat generator with the moveable brush ?

Good question, Al.
Here's a three brush powerhouse. The upper brush in the photo has an adjusting slot, but I can't figure out how to move it. I loosened the mounting screw, but it won't budge. I've bench tested this one, and it works, so I'm not going to mess with it until someone chimes in with answers. Powerhouse guys? |

Be careful with the insulated brush frame. They are phenolic plastic and break easily after so many years. If the brush holder won't move then find out why with careful inspection and any required disassembly. |
