Hi , would someone have pics of the 39/40 emergency handbrake pawl spring, install position, as the spring in my lever was rusted out. TIA

Had one from a '41 p/u I parted out. The spring was broken and I had a replacement but IIRC correctly there there is a pin that needs to be removed to install the new spring. Never got around to fixing it and ended up selling the assembly without fixing it. Unfortunately the guy I sold it to passed so I can't ask him if he ever installed the spring.
