Just a couple of wipes with a little bondo and it'll be as good as new!

Re: 1955 Crown For Sale
Last summer I saw a '55 Crown Victoria Sun Valley (glass roof) for sale, same guy I bought my '55 TBird from. Almost changed my mind on the TBird for the Crown Vic very unusual came with a 6 cylinder stick,No V8 emblems on front fenders just the I-6 emblems. Someone back in '55 must have went over budget after the crown and greenhouse.

Re: 1955 Crown For Sale
Ford produced plenty of "upscale" Fairlanes with many options that also had the 223 I-block 6. The Ford I-6 was very popular then. I've seen an all factory original '55 Sunliner (convertible) that had all the bells and whistles (4-way power seat, power windows, power brake booster, fender skirts, accessories galore) but had 223 with Ford-o-Matic trans.

Just though I'd show a pic of what an off-topic car
looks like that tangled with a pole... By the looks of this, I don't think the driver got to see it either. Click on pic to Enlarge this mess. .

Re: 1955 Crown For Sale
That is exactly what I thought when I noticed the steering wheel. Looks like the death grip on the steering wheel I've read so much about. Poor guy.
