Default Ford’s Film announcing the 1928 Model A’s

Has anyone noticed that the black and white original film made by Henry Ford announcing the model A’s in 1928 is no longer on YouTube. Did anybody happen to download it on their PC and can share a copy of it? I had it saved on my YouTube page but it now says that that YouTube subscriber is no longer subscribed. This was the film that showed each model in depth and also talked about the whole driveline of the car, it’s a silent film with titles. I think it was roughly 20 minutes long.

I never knew such a clip existed. I'd love to see that, since I have a 28.

No that's not the one. This one is in black and white and it shows some of the factory machinery and assembly line parts of the model A. It also describes the different features of the model A.

I believe it's called "The New Ford". I have it on an older VHS cassette, but the last time I tried to play it, it was wonky inside the VCR. Scrambled picture. Maybe it was the VCR itself, but I had no trouble with other cassettes. I tried the tracking control with no success. I'll dig out the tape and try again. Unfortunately, even if it does function, I have no way of downloading so that people can watch it. I also do not participate on any of the social media websites. So, even having the tape doesn't help matters much unless someone else would volunteer to download it.
But first things first: is the tape defective now? TBD later today...

I found the VHS tape and tried to play it. It is still screwed up with a flipping image that cannot be corrected. No idea how that happened. I tried rewinding, fast-forwarding and popping the tape in and out of the VCR. No luck. 'Sorry. Unusable. But at least now we have the correct title for doing an on-line search.

Most of the historical videos on the above mentioned Youtube channel were copied from the US National Archives website and then edited by the author. So you too can go to the National Archives website and search for those early Ford movies (un-edited).

The one you are looking for, is it this one perhaps:

and/or this one:

We have a copy of the film you're speaking of but it is very poor quality. We could upload it if there is interest but again it is very poor quality. Run time is 23 minutes.

"We have a copy of the film you're speaking of but it is very poor quality"

So is my VHS copy. What we see is a copy of a copy of a copy put onto the absolute lowest quality video signal from the home video tape market wars that VHS won over the far superior Sony BetaMax format. But that's yet another story where the consumer lost out. Anyway, by the time this program was copied from the 16mm version distributed to Ford Dealers onto second and third generation tapes or film, the video signal and copy degraded each time this was performed. The VHS copy I have is at least three or four generations away from the 16mm version shown by Ford dealers, which was already one generation away from the edited "master' film. So, whatever video tape today has this program, the quality will be poor = grainy, blurry and sometimes jumpy. Unless new copies are struck from film closer to the original master, we will not be able to get a higher quality video signal. Still, better than nothing!
By the way, as I recall, my copy had an annoying, inappropriate modern jazzy soundtrack throughout the entire 28 minute-run time. Maybe the readers here are lucky not to be able to see this program after all!
