With all due respect to Michael, and his father Danny who I have "known" for years, I cannot get them to answer my phone calls, PMs or emails. I did get one answer via email that I didn't understand, and have asked for clarification. I have ordered parts over the phone, and even given them my credit card number. Crickets. You’re not alone in this. I used to always get a call back, or an email response, but for the past six months, I cannot get a response in regards to placing an order or a parts request. I’m sure he’s just slammed and I’m certainly not trashing him. I like Michael and he has always taken good care of me when buying parts. I bet he’s just been too busy fulfilling online orders and simply does not have the time to take phone calls or return emails, which I understand how much time this can eat up.

Just go to their website and type in vacuum line fittings in the search window and order them online.
