I'd shipped three cars with them (at one time) and was terribly disappointed. In fact, angry may be a better description of how I felt.
Truck showed up and the elevator didn't work. Driver had no clue how to repair. So, guess who fixed it?
Then when the cars were returned, the driver, a very "large (read: OBESE)" man worked around the cars to remove them from the trailer. He had his sweaty arms and hands all over the cars and I'd witnessed one time when he swung the door open to far and tapped the inner trailer wall.
Far from professional, when I'd asked that he be a lot more careful, he had told me they were "just Fords".
Yes, "only Fords" but no doubt more value than he earned in two, maybe three years.

This was the one and only time I'd strayed from Passport. Never again after that.
