Leon, I think the ST 58 is for Negative ground only. ST 53 is the one for Positive ground. I found this out the hard way when NAPA thru the wrong one in the bag when I needed one (ST53) for positive ground on '49 PU. Of course I couldn't return it. The ST58 was made for some small Nash/AMC cars that were 6 Volt. 58 was made in Asia and 53 was made in Mexico with no ST number stamped on them only 6V, back in June 2020.
