Adileo, in my thinking the signal switch doesn't come into play until the brake light switch sends power to it. You said you have no power TO the brake switch. Power to the brake light switch should stay hot all the time. If the feed to the brake switch doesn't check hot, you should find the open circuit or run a new hot wire to the switch.

If you look at the diagram the stop light switch gets its power from the
turn signal switch.
