Yes, the U bolts we tightened 1st and then I went to shackles,
the axle and wishbone look in good shape(undamaged) and the old spring was fine front to back (shackles were bolted up fine, old spring & axle does not look bent or twisted) I can try dismounting u-bolt and then mount spring to axle with shackles the lift into place
