It's the other way around. There are no 18-prefix parts in a four-cylinder '32 vehicle. All of the parts of a V-8 '32 vehicle that are not engine-specific have B-prefix part number. Notable examples of the latter are 18-prefix hubcaps, but B-prefix wheels, drums, the entire brake system, the chassis frame, and all of the bolt-on sheet metal.
As for the '32 body parts, in the 132 pages of the 1932 body parts catalog there is not a single 18-prefix part listed, they're all B and BB prefixes (and some carryover truck AA-prefix parts) |
