Default Re: A-v8

V8 is 221 or 239 cubic inches across 8 cylinders

Model A is 200 cubic inches across 4 cylinders

The biggest difference is counterbalancing and pressurized main bearings, critical for sustained high speed driving. This can be done to an A relatively easy..the rest is fundamental, the A torque rise when total horsepower is doubled through bolt on modifications along with an overdrive you're in V8 country
