I have a 39’ 1/2 ton truck and need to know the anchor points. Is it just the fender braces and fender to step? Or is there other points to?

Please add more to this? Be specific. If you have a complete bed and your taking it apart, take lots of pictures. Digital cameras are your friend.
It's a series of wood pieces (front/back) and inner bed frame parts to frame. . |

Truck was given to me, when I picked it up the bed was tied to the frame. Not sure of anchor points or wood support pieces.

On my 39 Pickup, there are several cross frames, but it also uses a "wood kit" on the frame.
If it is "as built - mine was not", the floor of the bed should be steel like a modern pickup truck, but underneath the metal floor, there is a wood floor. Hope this is not too confusing, I will post pics of the way my truck is. George |

I am having a few problems with the images (converting from HEIC from my iphone to JPEG) - I think the file size or dimensions are too big.
Hopefully, I can get this to work. ![]() |
