Hey folks!
Have any of you guys mounted(found) leaf springs suitable for the strip on a 35-40 Ford? I’m desperately trying to find an alternative without completely having to change the wheelbase. My current setup is a set of composite mono leafs on a 9”. I think Speedway sold these in a kit a while back. Thanks/ Lenny |

Don't know about Sweden, but here in the U.S. any spring shop can custom make you a spring. The last one I had made was $20 I think (that was just the main leaf). Are you looking for a non-original spring to use, such as something off of a later vehicle?

We’ve got one(!) shop that still makes custom leafs, that’s my backup plan!
Yeah exactly I’m looking for later models with similar spring lengths and mounts so I don’t have to fabricate springs/mounts/traction bars/bushings. |

Swedish drag strip! I’d love to see videos of the races!
I think given where you are, custom springs are your best bet. |
