According to the French "Catalogue Général des Pièces Détachées" (Overall/General Catalog of Spare Parts) for V8 and 4 cylinder cars from 1928-1934:

About the horns on 1932 French Fords, according to the September 1933 French Ford parts catalog, 1932 French Fords came with horns provided by three manufacturers: Phenix, Bosch-Lavalette and Klaxonet. Here is a photo of the relevant section in that parts catalog:


Unfortunately, that parts catalog does not have a picture of any of those horns.
