Default Re: Shipping

I shipped an engine that I had rebuilt from MA to Iowa using Fastenal. I built the crate and as Heard said they don't insure the total value. Cost was about $160 and 5 days later it arrived at a nearby Fastenal for the buyer to pick up. Fastenal told me to leave the oil fill pipe on so a pallet could not be placed on top of it. I wrapped it with heavy plastic. Happy with the service.
