I'm 80. Who cares?
All the work I do now meets archival standards. I put all my memory in the cloud. When I go to retrieve it, it comes back in a fog. What was the question? |

I see an old pump up bowser behind your car. They are a treasure.

70 heading swiftly to 71. Got my first A a little over a year ago. Never realized how much fun I was missing. Frustrating at times but fun

I've never thought of driving a Model A or any of the other old cars as "fun", just nostalgic. I guess when I drove them "back then" they were just transportation and filled a need.

Cool thread although i think this topic surfaces every few years. 55. Had a few prewar cars, joined Fordbarn many years ago when we had our 30 tudor. Sold a couple cars off to buy a nice old Packard, sold off the A stuff and of course, got back into an A in 2015. So now I an re-acquiring all the spares... what a hobby!

Let's put it this way... A Model A was parked in my head in 1960 when I was 16.. finally a Model A was parked in my garage in 2017... I'm now 75. A long wait but absolutely worth it!!
