I would recommend that you find an original pump and have it rebuilt with an ethanol resistant diaphragm. I do not recommend a reproduction pump. Charlie Schwendler OR Michael Driskell here on the Ford Barn can rebuild a pump for you with quality parts.


Thanks , I do some searching the inter web and see if I can find a 40 pump to have rebuilt. The one on my car has the glass bowl. What are the issues with reproduction fuel pumps.
