Default '58 ford ranchero sunvisor mounts

I have new padded sun visors and i have no way to put in the center supportpegs should i risk drilling a hole ??? does the material inside the visor have a secret peg hole for the short center support HELP!! I paid too much to ruin a new visor!!

I have used a same size piece of thin metal tubing as a hot punch. I heat it first with a torch or flame first, not super hot. Then push it thru the vinyl. Works great for carpet also.
Practice first on some various naugahyde or vinyl scrap materials. Used it on my 57 TBird visors. Same deal.

FYI, Never move the visor after adjusting them into position, they're just for looks in my opinion! haha, you are correct they cost to much money.

thanks I will try that method!! is reassuring that someone else had the 'not quite complete ' visors... i thought I might still be the only guy that Mac had messed with sending the wrong parts too again...
