Default Tire Change Help

In a couple years, I will be 80. Today I have hip-arthritis making tire changes on my Pickup very painful. Yes, I have Triple A, and I've used them. Is there some kind of tool that will help me in the removal/replacement in the event of a tire change? Is there a tool that I slip thru the spokes, threat them onto the lug bolts and slide them off? The airlines use a tire-dolly, but I need something to carry with me-

Thanks

Let me be sure I understand what you are saying. Once you remove the lug nuts you are looking for a tool to lift and remove the tire and rim from the car? Sounds like a good idea but I don't know of anything.

Those wheel buddies look pretty neat...

Here is another idea....first I tried electrical conduit but the walls were too thick.

In the pictures is a piece of 9/16" OD K&S brass tubing. I bought it at a shop that sells model airplane supplies.

Might be OK for the occasional tire change.....
