Questions: It's not real clear to my eyes, but are the rear tires sitting on rollers? Is that froth at the rear of the barge from a prop? Can anyone see the towline from that boat? Why is a guy sitting in the car if it's just being towed?

May have had rudders under the pontoons that actually steered. Probably not really well but adequate enough.

That is crazy. I agree that it appears to be self propelled. Looks like there is some linkage at the front that may tie into the steering linkage, and come all the way to the back for steering with a rudder.
I love riding in boats, but that would be some kind of scary if a wind came up and the water got rough. |
