Easy but a little tedious. Use a curved pry bar,probably a 20" one. Have the curved convex side toward you then a good wide bladed screwdriver. Rest the screwdriver against the pry bar and the tip of the screw driver under the bottom edge of chrome and work it out. Do this for the full length of the chrome. Go slow and start at the front. You work it just like you would mount or dismount a tire. Let me know if you need a pic. of the pry bar or explain a little better.
