Head chambers CC's

In addition to engine component balancing, I was wondering if the cc displacement of the head chambers are ever checked for consistency between cylinders. Also another thing to check could be TDC piston deck height. I guess these could be considered splitting hairs but maybe could result in a smoother running engine. Just a thought.
