Can someone tell me the difference between a std and dlx coupe, is it easy to change during resto?

Yes, they are very easy to convert from a standard to a deluxe. Cowl lights were a deluxe feature, we'd need to see photos of the interior to really determine if it is a deluxe or a standard.

The Deluxe coupe was introduced in Feburary 1930. In addition to the cowl lights, the Deluxe had a 1/16" stripe on the inside on the fuel tank embossment, either brown mohair or brown Bedford cord seat material (Bedford replaced in June with broadcloth), a dome light, and imitation mahogany painted garnish moldings. Also two colors not offered in the Standard...Brewster Green Medium and Ford Maroon.

The adjustable rear window was first introduced in the July 27, 1931 Indianapolis Ford Service Letters which means it came out sometime before this date.

It explained that the adjustable window is now standard equipment at no extra charge for installation in the Deluxe Coupe and may be installed in the Standard Coupe as optional equipment for a charge for those wanting one.

If a rumble seat was to be installed in a Standard Coupe, then the adjustable window was to be supplied at no extra charge.

The same thing came out in the August 1931 Ford Service Bulletin.

Thanks guys for the info I have a dlxl based on what y'all said, but whether it is/was originally is anybody's guess. It does have a dome light.

Addition to above features, DeLuxe had carpet instead of ruber mat and scroll interior window hardwarw.

In "The Ford Model A as Henry built it", there is no mention of carpet or scroll hardware for the Deluxe. The picture of the Deluxe interior on page 143 shows the same plain hardware as the Standard and with a rubber mat like the Standard.

As usual, however, other printed sources may have info that conflicts with this.
