Smile 31 Tudor Door Hinges

I am restoring a 1931 Tudor. We are now at the problem of needing to put oversize pins in the hinges. Can this be done without removing the hinges from the door and the body? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sonny,no you do not need to remove the hinges from the body or door. The way I did mine was remove the top pin, drill to proper size and install new pin.Move to the center hinge and repeat the same procedure, same on bottom hinge.Have fun and take your time.Jim Baskin III 30 tudor abuser.
