Smile Re: Poor quality ignition points

To update this topic:
I have since found (some earlier posts lead me to it - thanks) that the ignition points made for a Ford Cortina, Escort or Falcon etc fit nicely on a Nu-Rex Model A top plate. They are excellent quality, still being made in Australia and available in most New Zealand auto stores for only $20. If anyone wants to get one the part number is GF82V-C.
