Looks about like a Mitchell - and in my mind, not an optimal design. The inlet on the manifold is more along the size of a SCoT blower, nowhere near what a 4-71's outlet looks like. Also, don't see a burst panel - which is the way to go (instead of a suspect pop-off valve, that may NOT pop-off when you need it).
Truthfully, I've not seen a good 4-71/6-71 blower manifold design (cast) that takes into account the two things I mentioned above. The only good ones I've seen were fabricated.
