39 tie rod, drag link ends

I have a mostly original 39 deluxe sedan. I am doing a kingpin replacement and wanted to address the tie rod/drag link ends at the same time. I read in the 38-39 Ford book that originals were stamped with the Ford script and USA; mine are not original.
A couple of questions: 1) were the originals rebuildable?; 2) are reproductions of the originals available?; 3) if original reproductions are not available, are there replacements that look original (or close)?
