I don't have the info in front of me, but I believe it is 5/16" fasteners. Starting at the running board, There are two carriage head bolts (heads to the wheels) then lockwashers and nuts. Then the next two bolts up fender to splash apron- 5/16 bolt, flat washer, metal pieces then flat washer, lockwasher and nut. Then there are 4 studs- fender, flat washer, lockwasher and nut. Then the fender bracket is held on with a couple fine thread bolts and lockwashers. This info will get you close. If no one else has more info I can double check judging standards tonight.
