With all the talk of original paint and original cars, I decided to post some photos I took at Hershey last year of a car that had an original interior. It may have had original paint, but I did not take enough photos of the whole car. I talked to the owner for quite a while, but didn't take as many photos as I should have. If you do nothing but take pictures, you can't really experience the show. I tried to do both and ended up with not enough photos of this car.
![]() ![]() Some engine photos with a unusual heater. ![]() ![]() The owner was very proud of the car and could talk endlessly about it. I could not stay as long as I would have liked. I am sure others know more that they can share |

Anymore, there is nothing like an original car !
It used to be, that they were looked on, as the easiest to restore. MIKE ![]() |

Here is a link to some additional photos. This type of interior was only used until February of 1928. Thanks for the post. -- Frank Falcone

I like originl cars too. I have an Oct 28 Leatherback which I think has the original interior and possibly original top. The body and top were painted when I bought it so the top color is definitely not originl. Check out my personal albums. Do you think they are originsl?
