Smile 47 ford transmission swap

hi looking to install 351w and AODE but understand issues with wishbone clearance to transmission oil pan and possibly fouling xmember rails -- any advice appreciated.
prefer to leave stock front axle as have a disc brake conversion and some parts for steering box upgrade to Saginaw unit.
does the split wishbone kit for rear axle work and is additional work required to replace the torque tube as well as open drive shaft conversion?
thanks
